Albert Tseng

Biography

Albert Tseng is a senior analyst and portfolio manager for the Global Fixed Income team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from GIA Partners, LLC, where he served as managing director and deputy chief investment officer, responsible for credit analysis, generating investment ideas, and portfolio analysis. Prior to joining GIA, Albert worked at GlobeVest LLC, a start-up fund of funds, focusing on emerging market private equity investments and identifying potential countries and sectors that would yield attractive returns. Earlier, he was an associate at Citigroup Global Markets Asia, Ltd., in Hong Kong and at GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut. He began his investment industry career in 1996. Albert earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and information systems from New York University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. He is fluent in Mandarin.
