Carla Fuller

Biography

Carla Fuller is the chief risk officer at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she and her team are responsible for developing and implementing Allspring’s operational risk programs and for governing risk management activities across the firm including risk and control assessment, issue identification and remediation, risk governance, and risk reporting.

Carla joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). She has held a variety of leadership roles across Wells Fargo’s technology, data management, investment operations, and operational risk functions. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Carla worked for Andersen Consulting managing large transformational initiatives for financial services clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
