Daniel Tronstad

Biography

Daniel (Dan) Tronstad is a senior portfolio manager for the Global Liquidity Solutions team at Allspring Global Investments. In this capacity, he manages taxable money market funds, primarily in the prime sector. Dan joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to WFAM, he was the head of cash management at RiverSource Investments, LLC, the asset management division of Ameriprise Financial. Dan also worked in various treasury and trading positions at Cargill, Inc. He began his investment industry career in 1995. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
