Kelly Vives

Biography

Kelly Vives is the chief marketing and communications officer at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she is responsible for global marketing and corporate communications, the firm’s digital experience and brand, and oversight of the RFP team. Kelly oversees a team that defines and executes Allspring’s go-to-market strategy to build awareness, deliver meaningful experiences, and grow client relationships. She and her team partner with Allspring’s investment and distribution teams to deliver integrated marketing programs, insights, and thought leadership content that seek to elevate perspectives. She also serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Distribution Council.

Kelly joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Before that, she was the global head of marketing for institutional client coverage at UBS Asset Management. Earlier, she served as head of Americas marketing at UBS Asset Management and head of marketing and investor relations for UBS Hedge Fund Solutions and UBS O’Connor. She began her investment industry career in 2005 at UBS Wealth Management in various product, distribution, and marketing roles, serving ultra- and high-net-worth clients in New York, London, and Zurich

Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in business management, graduating cum laude, from Bucknell University.
