Molly Landes

Biography

Molly Landes is head of ETF Capital Markets at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she focuses on the execution of Allspring’s overall exchange-traded fund (ETF) strategy. Molly joined Allspring from the TCW Group where she served as head of ETF capital markets & portfolio manager. Prior to that, Molly was at Engine No. 1 where she held a similar role. Earlier, she was an index equity portfolio manager at BlackRock across iShares ETFs and institutional funds. Additionally, she served as an ETF capital markets associate at iShares, a division of BlackRock. Throughout her career, Molly also held trading roles at Fidelity Investments and at US Trust/Columbia Management. She began her investment industry career in 2006. Molly earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
