Biography

Sallie Squire is the chief operating officer at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she oversees Allspring's day-to-day business and operations, in close coordination with Allspring's CEO. Sallie drives execution across and builds connectivity between Allspring's investment, client, product, risk, operations, and technology functions with the primary goal of managing the Allspring business and improving the firm's effectiveness across our global platform. She serves as a director of Allspring Global Investments.

Sallie joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to her current role, she served as the chief administrative officer for Wells Capital Management. Earlier in her career, Sallie worked for J.P. Morgan in New York, where she completed a management training program and later managed marketing and recruitment initiatives for senior management in its private client services division.

Sallie earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
