Thomas Stoeckmann

Biography

Thomas Stoeckmann is the head of Municipal Research for the Global Fixed Income Research team at Allspring Global Investments. In this capacity, he manages a group of professionals who provide credit research for the team. He also specializes in the analysis of transportation, education, and project finance. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Previously, Thomas served as a senior research analyst and portfolio manager for the WFAM Municipal Fixed Income team. He joined WFAM from Strong Capital Management, where he held a similar position. He began his investment industry career in 1993. Thomas earned a bachelor's degree in financial management from Bob Jones University and a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Marquette University.
