H. Thomas Lyons

Biography

H. Thomas (Tom) Lyons is head of Climate for the Sustainability team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to this, he managed energy, infrastructure, and insurance investments for WFAM’s Montgomery Fixed Income team. Tom joined the firm from UBS Investment Bank, where he ran European energy and utilities research. Earlier roles include business development at Louis Dreyfus and project finance at GE Capital. He began his investment industry career in 1992. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Duke University and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
