Cameron Pickoski: We're here this week in Fort Lauderdale at our National Sales Summit, where the theme is “Charting the Course.” With that in mind, we wanted to talk to you, Jon, about how you and your team are navigating investing in today's markets. And, specifically, as CIO, what do you see as the biggest risks and opportunities right now, and how are you guiding teams to best position for those?
Jon Baranko: Sure. Thank you. I think that when you think about the market environment, it's just really captured by some very big macro themes. One of them is inflation and inflationary pressures in the economy, another one is violations of the market. We have many bubbles in various asset classes across the market, and we also have technology disruption that's going on. So, all of those risks are risks that the market struggles with every day, and it's created a lot of volatility for investors to navigate. But, I would also say that in that volatility is opportunity, right? And, so, what I really am proud of with the Allspring platform is our ability to actually navigate that risk in a diversified way, take advantage of the volatility, invest around themes, invest around change, invest around some of the geopolitical dynamics that are affecting interest rates and credit opportunities and really capture that investable opportunity for our investors.
