Cameron Pickoski: We're here in Fort Lauderdale this week at our National Sales Summit, where the theme is “Charting the Course.” So, with that in mind, Manju, we wanted to talk to you a little bit about how you and your team are navigating investing in today's markets and, more specifically, helping clients tailor portfolios to their specific objectives while maintaining discipline and scale.

Manju Boraiah: Thanks, Cameron, thanks for having me. It's a really interesting world these days as the asset management industry is actually getting highly commoditized. The question is, how do you actually differentiate in this commoditized world and create client-centric solutions? So, the way we’ve approached this problem is really building a systematic platform that can actually bring the best of both worlds. So, you have a disciplined, process-driven approach where you can actually take client objectives, build portfolios to that, but have a process where you can use fundamental overlay or fundamental research to essentially avoid the left tail risk, especially in fixed income. I think that gives you the best of both worlds.
